We ship around the world.
All orders ship through an authorised shipping agent who UPS, FEDEX, DHL & sometimes through another shipping service.
Most shipments are delivered within 4-7 business days. We also sometimes use Canada Post to ship products that we stock at our Toronto warehouse.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to facilitate a return or an exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. We would be happy to resolve any issues with your order. Please get in touch with us in regards to the same.
If you have to make a return, please send your purchase in original condition. We would charge a 10% as restocking fees. Also shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Also we are happy to accept returns to any of the 3 addresses given at the bottom of the page.
Returns & exchanges are not possible for custom orders that are crafted as per your requirement & specifications.
